  • Make Authorized Copies of Documents: Specific Rules & Restrictions according to (David Thun on April 9) a notary shall not guarantee a copy of an essential document, public record, or publicly recorded form. A notary shall make certain that the initial document is duplicated, and the duplicate should be created under the notary's handling.

Validating Documents by Notary Public:
The signer is required to add a signature to document(s) in the presence of a notary public. Likewise, when signing a legal document, a valid or current ID is required.

Note: Copies and mobile images of ID are not agreed upon. Also,

Gold Trace Notary Group, LLC can only serve as a Notary, not as a witness in the State of Georgia according to www.natioalnotary.com.

What you will need:​

  • A non-expired Government-issued photo ID, a driver's license, I.D. card, and/or passport, which is mandatory for all participants.

Things that should be considered:

  • Please be familiar with the contents of your documents, and make sure that the document is complete. The reason for this is to ensure that you are aware that Gold Trace Group, LLC does not provide any legal advice. Also, please DO NOT sign any documents if it is not signed in front of a notary.      

Where/Location: 

  • We travel to Private Residences, Offices, Other Places of Employment, Senior Communities, Hospitals, Airports, Local Libraries, & Other Mutual Meeting Sites.

 

Note: All signers must be present for the notarization. Also, ensure that the name on your I.D. matches the name on your document(s).

Mobile Notary Services

  • Home Loan or Mortgage Modification

  • Quit Claim Deed (Witnesses should NOT be a participant in the agreement or have fiscal involvement.)

A mobile fee is applicable and unrelated to the notarial fee.
